When will
my order arrive?
Domestic orders (orders
shipping to the 48 contiguous United States) usually ship out within 1-2 business days providing that you order before 3:00 PM
Central Time. We ship domestic orders via FedEx
or United States Postal Service (USPS). A tracking number will be emailed
to you so you can track your order to your door. Transit times range
from 1-5 business days, depending on your location and selected method
of delivery.
How do I
know I'm getting the highest quality products?
Each component of the
hookah is made from the highest quality materials.
Do you price match or
have a low price guarantee?
We will beat any price advertised by our competitors. So rest assured if there
is a store or official E-commerce website (excluding auction sites,
EBAY, Amazon.com, etc.) selling the very same
product for a better deal, we will match their advertised price and give
you 5% off the lowest price. When completing your order, under
"Comments" give us the name of the website or store and the price you
want us to price match. We will give you an additional 5% on top of the
price match afterwards. This gives our customers assurance and
confidence that they are shopping from the only premier hookah retailer.

I'm
hesitant to order a hookah pipe because it looks complicated to set up
and use, is that true?
Hookah pipes are
really easy to use and set up. The hookah pipes come with step-by-step
setup instructions and we are always available via telephone or email
with any additional set-up/care questions.
Do you ship
internationally?
Yes we ship to all
parts of the world. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order
and desired shipping method. Please email us for additional details.
Free shipping for orders advertised on website does not apply to
international shipping. Free shipping only applies to USA destinations.
How long
does the flavored shisha last, will it spoil?
Our shisha is of the
highest quality. As long as it remains in an air tight container, such
as tupperware or a ziplock bag, the shisha will remain fresh for
at least six months.
My hookah
doesn't seem to be smoking right. What do I do?
1. Check your bowl. The most common mistake
is packing the shisha too tightly. Make sure that you break the shisha
apart and lightly sprinkle it into the bowl to the top. Don't fill it
past the top because you'll be packing the shisha when you cover it with
a metal screen or foil.
2. Check your charcoal. If the charcoal is
covered with ash, there may not be enough heat getting to the shisha.
Use your tongs to tap the charcoal ash off into your hookah tray and
place the red charcoal back on your head.
3. Check your gaskets. Make sure that all
of the components of the hookah are fitting nicely together. A snug fit
will make the smoke flow more efficiently. You may check for a burnt
gasket. Some hookahs expose the gasket and are easily burnt by charcoal
that is moved around in the tray.
4. Check your hoses. If you have multiple
hoses, make sure that all ends are plugged properly. For example, if you
have two or three hoses on your hookah and there is only one person
smoking, you'll need to remove the hoses and use rubber stoppers or tape
to block the hose holes.
What is
your return policy?
All returns must be shipped back Texas Hookah within 7 days of receiving
the order. All orders must be returned in original unused condition with
all accessories. The return shipping costs must be paid for by the
customer. If a product was received defective, Texas Hookah will gladly
replace it or provide a full credit.
I didn't
get an email confirmation of my order. How do I get one?
Our
shopping cart automatically sends out an email confirmation after each
order is finalized. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please
email us at
contact@texashookah.com and we will send you out another one.
Can I
add things or make changes to my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes to your order. If
it is during normal business hours, please call us at 877-946-6524 so
that we can make changes to your order before it is shipped out. If it
is after business hours, please send us an email with your changes.
What is your selling policy?
You must be
18 years of age or older to order any and all products offered on our
website. We aggressively utilize all available security methods in an
effort to verify age and credit card information. Any patrons violating
all or portions of these terms of use may be prosecuted under law. We
diligently track all credit card transactions and any misuse or
fraudulent activity will be reported and may be prosecuted. Credit card
fraud is a felony.
